Tempe Welcomes you as you are – free posters
Diversity is a core value for the City of Tempe. It’s part of the city charter. It’s a point of pride for our community, that no matter your race, your religion, your age, your country of origin, your gender, your sexual orientation, your disabilities, you are welcomed and included.
To help make sure that everyone knows this, the Tempe Human Relations Commission has worked with the City of Tempe Office of Strategic Management and Diversity to create posters for businesses and organizations to hang in windows or for people to display. The posters are a visualization of the work done every day by the City of Tempe to create, maintain, and celebrate this welcoming atmosphere.
Posters may be picked up at Tempe City Hall, 31 E. Fifth Street; Tempe’s Business Resource and Innovation Center (BRiC) at the Tempe Public Library, 3500 S. Rural Road, and at the Tempe Chamber of Commerce, 1232 E. Broadway Road. Posters are available in 8½ x 11, 11 x 17, and 24 x 36(available at City Hall only). There are two versions to choose from.

- Promoting an accessible environment for the city and community, and providing assistance with access and ADA issues.
- Overseeing the functions of the city-wide Inclusion Training.
Diversity is very committed to providing the best services possible to City of Tempe employees and the Tempe community. From our workforce initiatives to our community programs and services, the Diversity Office strives to promote fairness and inclusion.
