The victim Advocates at CARE 7 are available on a daily basis to support victims of crime in the Tempe community.  The advocates respond to questions the victim may have, anticipate victim's needs, and provide support through the criminal justice system.  These services are free of charge.

Court accompaniment

Assistance with Orders of Protection

Assistance with Injunctions Against Harassment

Victim's liaison with the Tempe Police Department

Information on legal services

Referrals to community agencies

Information on Victim's Rights

Information on the Victim Compensation Program

Working with the Tempe Prosecutor's Office, CARE 7 will help a victim understand their rights and assist in filling out paperwork for their court cases.
